Connexus provides a continuum of services to children, youth and families that are referred by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). These services include support, training and education, consultation, crisis response, and residential care (emergency, short-term, long-term or respite). The programs offered by Connexus reflect the agency’s commitment to the following principles: •Services that are based on comprehensive assessment •Integrated Case Management and “Wrap-Around” approach to planning and coordinating service delivery •Individualized, flexible service delivery plans that reflect the unique needs of children, youth and families •Partnerships with community agencies and services •Outreach support—support services delivered in the home and community •Clinical training and supervision to all programs •Emphasis on ‘fitting’ services to the child and family rather than ‘fixing’ or changing them Programs and services are offered in the following areas: A.
